Mobile Data not working

I just upgraded my phone plan to include mobile data, it hs supposedly been in affect for 24hrs or so, but I haven't got it to work yet, I have checked my APN's, I have restarted several times, I reset my network settings, nothing is working, can someone help?

Was the new plan set to take effect right away or at your next billing cycle? If it was set to start right away and you seem to have done everything on your part I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can look at your account to see what is happening.

I think it was set to take affect right away but I don't know, where can I find that out?
