You shouldn't force the end users to use a "Multifactor authentication" that is not completed.
I need to be able to change the e-mail for the recovery of to use a MFA.
Also, I should be able to setup a phone number for the MFA which it might not be the Fido phone number, but a phone number that is not even in Canada or USA, meaning, it might NOT be a: +1 xxx-yyyyyyy number, but an European number, etc.
Until you fix it,m and allow end-user to change and implemente a correct MFA, you should not be forcing the user to do it.

Hi there, @jbiancot , you have valid points. However, we can turn off mfa in the app I believe. I saw a post in the forums a few weeks ago with instructions how to do just that. I'll see if I can find it 🙂
