Purchased a plan with phone from fido in Dec 2019. I was offered plan for $70 with $10 discount which comes to $60. I got my first invoice for $70 with no discount, called them to apply discount told me it will be from next bill..!! Next bill again comes with $70 charge no discount again contacted them again.. !! Same reply next bill..same with 3rd 4th bill...!! Now after 4 bills they say actually they can't apply the discount i was offered..!! Because that discount is not worth full for them..!! Seriously..!! Fido is fooling there customers..!! Great scam fido.. !! Hat's off to you guys ...!! Fool customers in covid 19 situation when they have no money !!

Some discounts can be applied the second or third bill but if you were offered something, it should definitely be applied.
