My billing cycle ends the last day of each month. I receive my bill the 4th of the following month. My February bill has not been processed. I need this for my employer. I have called in twice now and gotten no answers.
I am beyond frustrated.

The standard processing time between the end of the bill cycle and bill availability is 5 days for invoice. You were still within the time-frame as of yesterday.
