Hi,
My name is Jose Ceradoy. I had been with contacting Fido Representative since the additional line that I got for my son. I acquired this new line since February 23, 2023, according to Fido representative c/o "Umme" I will have a $25 discount for this new line for the set-up. March 11, 2023, I contacted Fido representatative c/o Harcharat (I1983072943) to follow-up the discount, he advise that the discount will reflect on the next bill. April 01, 2023 I call again Fido representative c/o same person "Harcharat", I got the same response I will have the $25 discount on the next bill.
Next bill came-in May 07, 2023 I was on vacation out of the country still the $25 discount is not there. Latest bill June 07, 2023 again no $25 discount is given.
I need your assistance on who can help me on this matter. I like the services of Fido but they keep on giving me a promise, can someone help me on this issue. Thank you and have a good day.
