I got an email from the winback team in February and they said they will call me for some good offers. I missed multiple calls from them because I was at work. And they didn't call anymore. I tried to use live chat to ask about the winback offer but the specialist said I have to wait for the call back. I waited for a month but I still haven't got any call from winback team again. Is there any ways that I can contact them?

I contact customer service and they gave me a plan that's even worse than the plan when I was using them. It is so ridiculous. They said they will call me back but they never did. And what I can do is just wait for the call from winback team? I received the email in February. If this is the way that they want to get back their customer, I have nothing to say.
