Constantly have issues accessing my account through both the ios app and the website. Nothing loads on the My Account tab. There's no problem with the Shop tab can view everything being sold to me but nothing happens when you click my account. Very frustrating to not be able to see any account details!

Hi there @charapiak , sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing your account. Have you reached out to Fido customer support about this? Sounds like a job for technical support. You can contact them Here , I'm sure they will be able to get your issue resolved.
