Missed call from WINBACK team

I missed the call this morning as my phone had no service and the call ended immediately after picking up.

Was there a way to request another phone call from the team?

I received calls today from Fido winback team and for some reason every time I answer the call it hangs up. Is there another way to reach the winback department?
