Metropolis Fido official store does not represent a good customer service (Metrotown, BC, Canada)

I don't like the way the customer service handled my HTC one S phone problem.

I had a problem with touch screen, they sent it back to HTC and they said they would call me if my phone arrived. However, it's been more than a month and I did not get a call, not until I call them back. They said the phone is here.

I really dissapointed.
