I have been waiting since Oct 30 for my data to be straightened out. Today I received a message to top up??? No thanks - I want the 4GB of data, that was offered and I agreed to Oct 30, added. I can't get a straight answer via messenger, your phone wait times are an hour long and this option can't be done via self serve - so here I am publicly posting.
I agreed to the terms you offered, kept a log of the conversations and now almost 2 months later have yet to receive the service. Your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated.
