Tried texting OPTOUT 339 to remove all my data top ups - had 3 seperate top ups - but its saying it’s not recognizing this option ..representative from Fido says she can’t do it herself -has to be me....my question is how can ‘I do it ??

To cancel your data top up, simply text the word "cancel" to 222
