Can you elaborate a bit more as to exactly what you want to do? Are you looking to get a new Fido SIM if so you can purchase a new SIM online or at any Fido store, or are you leaving Fido? If so the other company will do all the work and port the number over you should note that you need to keep the Fido account active until the porting process is completed. Once completed it will automatically close the Fido account and if there is a balance on the account a refund will be issued via cheque 3 weeks after your final invoice has been produced and will be sent to the address on file.
