Lost plan after changing phone number

Hello,

 

I have recently changed my prepaid phone number online and have since lost my plan and balance.

 

I also did not receive the email confirming the change.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: the plan has returned but the balance is still gone

Update: I added a new time card ($30) yesterday and everything seemed to work fine BUT NOW today it's gone again and I can no longer use my phone correctly.

Were you able to get your balance back?

 

Also, can you give more details on what happens when you try to use your phone? Are you getting an error message?

Hello and thank you for the reply.

 

Unfortunately I never got my funds back, and since this morning now I can no longer send messages or use my phone to call.  But I am able to receive texts.
