Lost 1000 long distance minutes during plan change

hello,

 

In recent, I went on website to browse for better plan as was thinking to buy a new phone. Got a pop up of exclusive offer and as it was same price just extra 2 GB data. After reviewing, it didn't say I will lose anything while reviewing and now I spoke with customer care that I had 1000 international calling minutes and I cant see it on my profile. Got a reply that you lost it and can't do anything. As of now I am totally unaware and pissed as I asked can you revert my plan to previous one as it's just second day. 

I am really pissed of customer service isn't helpful what the best thing can I do ??
