Looking for more data on plan

If i would like to increase the size of my data plan, is there any penalty or surcharge that I would have to pay in addition to, or over and above, the cost of the upgraded plan itself?

(I know this is a dumb question but any clarification would be appreciated.)

Hey @BWS! Philippe here. I hope you're doing well.

That's certainly not a dumb question! I'll be happy to give you your options:

1. You can add a monthly data top-up (see here), which will add data to your plan every month until you cancel it.

2. If you need extra data on a more permanent basis, you can change your plan to one that offers more (if available). You can login to My Account to check-out your options there and change it (details here).
