Fido charges an enormous 400$ on my bill for a long-distance charge. I used my minutes but they did not notify me and charge men end of my cycle. this is so unfair service and cheating with the customer.
I call them they said charge to call my home country 1.50$ per minute. how stupid I pay 5$ for 1000Minutes and then pay 400$ for extra few minutes. this need to be resolved we have three lines on the phone and still, I have to pay this amount
