Hi. What should I dial to make a call to the Phillipines? I need to call a landline number and I cannot seem to figure out what to do. Can somebody help? Thank you

To call the Philippines from Canada, dial: (011 - 63 - Area Code - Land Phone Number) (011 - 63 - 10 Digit Mobile Number).
Thaknyou for responding. It is not a cellphone that I am calling though. It's a landline. This is the number that i am trying to call. (08) 8237-4272.
