Doesn't fido keep records of live chats? Last week I switched to a new deal ($45 for 9GB) and was supposed to get conformation email but never did. Today when I contacted Fido through the live chat, person on the other end is claiming that there are no records of that chat and now the plan is gone.
Hi @millam , so sorry that happened to you. I believe that when you use live chat, you have to save the chat and have it emailed to you. Unless you save it at the end of the chat, it isn't recorded on Fido's end. You should contact customer support and discuss this with an agent. Here
