New customer, supposed to receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. No email yet. Please tell me this wasn't a mistake. It's for my son for Christmas and it claims it will be in the store by Decemeber 23rd, I've only been signed up for 48+ hours and I'm already starting to regret it.

Hi @sjeanlynk , I can understand you being nervous with Christmas 🎄 a week away. If you don't receive your email tomorrow, give customer service a call to check on the status of your order. You can reach them using one of the methods listed Here
