Live chat is not working

For several days, every time I want to chat with an agent, there is a message that you are reaching us out outside of our business hours; however, I contact them during business hours (tried mornings, daytime, evenings). How can I reach out anyone?

- What province are you located in?

- Which department were you trying to reach on Live Chat (Wireless, Home Internet, Tech Support...)?
- Could you give us an example of the date and time you tried to chat?

Hello Valerie,

I'm in Ontario, I've tried to reach out Home Internet department. The same thing happened on Jan 31, at 14:25 pm. Please see the screenshot attached.

I would call Fido and see whether they can straighten you out. If they're being completely evasive, you may have to reach out to your federal member of parliament to figure out whether you need to reach out to the CRTC to get customer service.
