I'm sad to read you've had trouble reaching us. We do provide multiple ways to interact to avoid this situation, although we don't provide customer service support via email.
For the live chat option, have you tried another browser? You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. That may help you with it.
Communicating via social media is most certainly a viable option that many of our customers use, but if you prefer not to use it, that's perfectly fine. There are other ways to reach us.
