Little or no coverage for 2 days

Is anyone having the same problem in Guelph as me? Second day straight where I have almost no service. As we all know there is no one available at Fido to assist.

Nothing to report on our end for this area. Have you tried to turn off and on again your device already? 

If that doesn't help, you can also try to reset your network settings. Please note that this will delete any saved connections or WiFi passwords.

Is it impacting all of your services?

If you still have data or can use WiFi, you can use the NetworkAid feature on the Fido app to check for wireless coverage type, the live status of the network, opt in for notifications on outage resolutions and provide their feedback on your wireless experience.
