I logged in because a community member asked a question. While I was typing my response, a survey window popped up and the typing window disappeared. It seems like you are not properly addressing the concerns of customers who pay your salary. Instead of helping, you are asking other customers to answer questions, causing unnecessary interruptions. Now there are two unsatisfied customers because you tried to solve one issue but created two more. Where are your customer satisfaction standards? You might want to direct this to Fido customer support or concerns and complaints by using one of the links Here , if you scroll down the page you will find the link for concerns and complaints. I definitely agree that pop up screens are annoying, if you just tap no thanks your reply box comes back. All the best
