Hi, I have tried several times to activate temporary suspension since May 11 th 2024 (today is 13th), and each time I get an error attached below. Please advise on how to fix this.
I also have a request to Fido management: Please allow temporary suspension to be enabled for whole year, not just 185 days. I have been a customer for the past 15 years, and I hope my suggestion is considered.

If the error persists it would be best to contact customer service directly and have them look into it and apply the suspension for you.
