Its been a year and my referral credits are still not given

Not sure why Fido keeps telling me for almost a year that the referral credits will be given. Out of 5, I only 2 in July and Aug after countless followup and now it stopped again past 2 months. If anyone is listening, I cannot follow up anymore. This is extremely frustrating. Its been a year since I enrolled in your postpaid plan.

Actually I have sent many emails to the refer a friend program and then only I got the 2 credits. I kept following up again for the other 3 referrals but no commitments other than saying each time that we are looking into your email and get back to you in 5 business days. But the response never comes even after months.
