It's been a month since I upgraded and ordered (November 13, 2020) iPhone 12 pro max. Until now, I did not receive any confirmation. It's been four weeks already. That should be my birthday present. And now Christmas is coming...
Hi, just as a someone in same situation if you have not received any confirmation email from Fido, then definitely something is wrong you should contact CS. I received update per week that is says we received your order and it will ship with in 3+ week.
