I have selected student plan for 55CAD per month while taking new sim card with mobile phone, but every previous month i got bill amount so high upto 77 CAD, why??

Look at your bill details and it will give you a break down of what you are being charged. If you see any discrepancies then you can contact customer service to get it resolved.
