Hello Zainatin,

  Welcome to the community!

The value packs for the iPhone and Android are similar. However, the iPhone version is intended for their Visual Voicemail app. On the other hand, the Android version has Premium Voicemail-to-text in lieu of a voice messaging app.

If you upgrade to an iPhone, you would need to keep the iPhone value pack to avail of their Visual Voicemail functionality. On the other hand, if you upgrade to another Android device, you're better to switch to the Android value pack. If you did not wish either pack, you would have the basic voicemail service.

In order to change (or remove) the value pack, I believe you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers

Hi @zainatin , are you asking about the value pack that has enhanced voice mail and extended capacity vm, along with voice to text to your device?  If so, the value pack on android is the same. See here
