I have been using Fido service for a long time. I have an add-on pack for 1000 international minutes.I was overcharged for $ 522.96 last month. Usually, warning messages are sent. I thought I will be notified if I cross international calling limit. I did not receive a warning message. The app does not show the minutes I used. There is no way for me to track the minutes. I reached the customer care, but they cannot do anything.
I hope someone can help me with it.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Indeed, warning messages are sent for data overage while international calls require you to track your usage through your phone's call history.
