Bill Address changed for final bill

Hi, I got Negative Balance on my final bill. (username: xxx, canceled phone number: xxxxxxxxxx)
I guess Fido will send a check to my bill address? If so I may have a problem getting the bill as I have moved. Could you please send the bill to another address?

 

The other problem is that my "Last Bill" says the amount -11.17 but " YOUR BILL AND ACCOUNT BALANCE" says 67.20. Could you help to clarify?

Hey @tangr208,

 

That's right, a cheque will be sent for the refund 2-4 weeks after the final invoice is produced. The cheque is normally sent to the address on the account. I'll send you a PM to have that changed for you and to go over the bill.
