Hello,
Just wondering if the call was not actually established, like the line was occupied on the other end, no voicemail. The call just ended with the busy tone, Fido is still charging 1 minute on each call. Is that reasonable?

Hey @Nanana1,
A call is billed as soon as it is dialled.
Since the moment the line establishes a dial, it's considered using our service, therefore the minutes are automatically counted.
