International Dialing

I have an International Plan for Mexico, although I am having problems to call to a Mexican Cell Phone. The record machine says The number you have riched is not assigned. I am dialing 011+country code(52)+ area (44) code + phone number (8 digits).

When I dail to a lan phone number is working perfectly. Do I need to dail different?

  Welcome to the community!

  Calling a cellular phone, it's possible that you might have to add digit 1 between 52 and the area code (see additional information here).
