Insane Overcharges

Fido is getting ridiculous by the day. Earlier it used to be easy to get my bills sorted out with customer service and the humbleness of the support staff was one of a kind. However, recently I have been charged $50 suspension fee for 4 months back to back for late payment. This was charged even after I paid minimum amount monthly to avoid such fees. Even the customer support was rude and unhelpful. I am just waiting to move Freedom and close account with Fido. Anyone reading this post please think twice before continuing with their service. They just sitting to rip you off.
