Incorrect account status on app

Hello,

 

My account is not a prepaid account, but the app says it is. I don't understand why this is. I discovered this when attempting to upgrade my phone and the app refuses because it says my account is a prepaid account. Can I get this fixed?

This may be due to how you registered for your Fido.ca account? What you can do is visit Fido.ca, select register now, and register as an account holder.

 

If that doesn't work, you can also post a screenshot of the exact error you're getting as it'll help us get to the bottom of things.

You would need to go on Fido.ca and then click on My Account -  Register, the option is under account holder login. Here's a picture to help:
