Billing Issues

Hi Team,

 

I have been charged $235.73 on my 2nd month bill, where in i have been charge $59.95 of extra usage charges for Mobile( i have not taken any mobile from them). I am not sure what this means. and $3.28 of account charges this also out of any details and most importantly i paid my last month bill, but that is also been included $102.56.. 

I have been charged for calling US numbers under long distant calls, where in while i was signing up for FIDO they have clearly mentioned that i will get a 1000 mins of international calling including US. My plan is of $55/month. Last month i got additionaly $33. which i understand they have charged as part of 1st month charges  including gst it came for $102.56 .. I need a resolution to revert all this unneccesary chargs from bill. otherwise i need to think alternative options.
