I have been charged $29 for a call I did not make (16th of November 2019) to Guatemala. I have no one in this country. I would not use idd calls as we have modern apps such as whatsapp, Viber and etc. I do not wish to pay for service I did not use. I called the customer service and they kept transferring me for an hour. I have been a Fido customer for more than a decade this is the first time I have experienced something like this.
