I want to keep my wife's phone #

So my wife has her own plan with Fido at the moment but I want to add her as another line on my account. Is it possible to keep her current phone # once she has been added on?

Hello @BudBud,

You can transfer her line to your account its called a Transfer of Responisibility (TOR) and everything will remain the same number and plan.

If you take a new plan under your account and would like to switch her number over to that plan then it will not work Fido does not switch numbers between plans.
