I paid my refill with my credit card,the money was already deducted,but my account doesn't work at all
even my phone doesn't work.
I tried customer service and there is no way I can contact somebody live to help me in this matter,
can someone help on this? in this forum?

Are you sure that your Credit Card payment went through ?
You can always dial *225 to get real-time balance, rate and expiry directly on phone
You can always dial *868 to try another refill
You can always call customer service at 611 off your fido phone or from a landline 1-88-481-3436
