Hi,
I was a Fido customer for cople year but I left around October. Last month I got an email from Fido said they will call me by a representative providing an offer. I got a call 2 weeks later and I accepted the offer they gave. The person told me they will send me a new SIM card by courier, but until now I haven't received anything.
I was doubt whether if the call is real or it's just a scam.
Does anyone have the same problem?

When we ship a Sim card or any new equipment, you should receive a notification by email with the tracking number.
You didn't receive anything on your end?
I didn't receive any email or text message or any information after the call.
