I never received my sim card from the Winback team.

Hi,

 

I was a Fido customer for cople year but I left around October. Last month I got an email from Fido said they will call me by a representative providing an offer. I got a call 2 weeks later and I accepted the offer they gave. The person told me they will send me a new SIM card by courier, but until now I haven't received anything.

 

I was doubt whether if the call is real or it's just a scam.

 

Does anyone have the same problem?

Hello, I have faced excatly the same issue. No emails or text after that day. They told me they will ship sim card within 3-5 days. Still nothing.

When we ship a Sim card or any new equipment, you should receive a notification by email with the tracking number.
