I called fido at 2Pm and they said they r open upto 7-8PM today. And now i m calling them at 6:30 and their office is off.. i need to cancel my plan today because im going back to my country. And today is my last day of renewal.

Our call center closes at 5pm ET on weekends and 9pm ET during the week.
