I’m a 5 years Fido customer, got hang up by a phone line agent

I called to get my activation fee back since I've been with Fido for 5 years and when I changed my plan I got charged for activation fee again. I've talked with the agent and been asked for hold for 5 times and she hang up the call. Loyalty customer was treated as trash, and I didn't even call in to get fee back during Fido outage. So is this Fido service of hang up customer calls to long time loyalty customers. None of the problem got solved, so disappointed, if this is not got solved, I'll post social media and show how I was treated by Fido.
