I've been trying to call Customer Service for a long period of time without reaching a live agent. I get a prerecorded message that states they are "exceptionally closed", which is odd because I have been calling during business hours as stated on their website. Yesterday, I was on hold for over 2 hours and then an automated message came on and told me they won't speaking with me. That's terrible customer service. Not acceptable way to treat customers.
Also, online, there is not option to cancel under self serve. So, does this mean Fido forcing people to stay with their services on days they are not answer via telephone? My understanding is that this is the only way to cancel.
