Cause I am an international student, and I will go back my home country in May and come back at the end of August, the thing is I will not use the FIDO card in my country for 4 months, but I want to keep the card so that I could use it again when I come back. Is there any ways to keep it without paying the basic fees every months(my plan is 40$ per month)? Like frozen the card or something?

Hi @Cynthiaaaa & welcome to the Community. Smiley

If you'd like to keep your number while you're away but don't want to pay a monthly fee, your best option would be to transfer your line to a prepaid account. You'd be required to refill your account once (minimum $10), and then your number would stay active for 365 days.

If you'd like to keep your account as is but pay less, you may be eligible for a temporary suspension depending on your account and agreement; I'll send you a private message to take a closer look at your options.

Talk to you soon!
