I have complain my contract is 2 yrs why they push me to pay all the amount that i owe for the phone and my usage everytime is almost over while I use everytime wifi this is really not good for me

If you're looking to upgrade your phone or close your line before the end of your agreement, it's only normal that you're asked to pay the remaining balance on your phone. If this isn't the case, please clarify your request.
In terms of your usage, we only bill you for what you use. You can check out our blog post on how to manage your data usage.
