I'd like to know why one of my 5 lines suddenly changed data gigs without any warning. I am sick and tired of this.
Every few months I'm required to contact fido becuase something randomly changes.
I had a loyalty plan of 4 g for 45. Its now gone and now its 2 g for 45. What is this nonsense!?!?
Someone contact me asap or im ganna need to consider my other options.
Its like everytime you guys do something good the next minute you turn around and change something else.

I understand how a sudden change in your services might not be a pleasant surprise.
Is it possible that you had a data bonus from a previous offer on that line which came to an end? This would be indicated on your bill, did you get a chance to take a look at your PDF bill to see if that's the case?
This said, we would need to access your account and take a closer look to see exactly what happened.
