I don’t know who to write a complaint to.
A month ago I arrived in Canada and at the airport they gave me a FIDO SIM card, activated my account and told me it was free. I did not use this card, did not even insert it into my phone, and after a couple of days I closed this account. But I received a bill for a full month. I contacted support more than 10 times and came to the FIDO store. Every time I was deceived and told that I didn’t need to pay. That in a month a bill for adjustment will arrive and the debt will be repaid. A month has passed and the debt is still there. FIDO employees have already opened my account again. And the support specialists not only do not solve my question, but simply turn off. I'm at a loss, I don't know what to do. Where to write a complaint. How to resolve the issue of writing off debt for services that I did not use. Tell me if anyone has experience solving this problem.
