Over a week ago, I was unable to call contacts that I normally call and I keep getting the voice message "unfortunately we cannot complete your caller's dial." However, I am able to call other people in my contacts and I am able to text message the people that I cannot call. I waited for a week to see if it was just my phone, however I am still encountering this issue.
Some of the things I have done:
-Restarted/Shutdown and boot my phone
-Turned on/off wifi
-Turn on/off airplane mode
I currently have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 model, android 8.0.
I was hoping someone can help me out with my issue.
Welcome to the Community!
Is this ever since you use this device or it was working fine before this week?
We may need to reset to network on your line. We'd love to take a look with you!
You can contact us through Facebook or Twitter, or we can also send you a PM to get started.
I have had this phone for two years. This situation started happening a week ago but before that, it worked perfectly fine (I had not encountered any issues when calling or texting.)
Thank you for your assistance.
