Hello,
Over a week ago, I was unable to call contacts that I normally call and I keep getting the voice message "unfortunately we cannot complete your caller's dial." However, I am able to call other people in my contacts and I am able to text message the people that I cannot call. I waited for a week to see if it was just my phone, however I am still encountering this issue.
Some of the things I have done:
-Restarted/Shutdown and boot my phone
-Turned on/off wifi
-Turn on/off airplane mode
I currently have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 model, android 8.0.
I was hoping someone can help me out with my issue.

I have had this phone for two years. This situation started happening a week ago but before that, it worked perfectly fine (I had not encountered any issues when calling or texting.)
