Hello, I am Fido user.

 

I appreciate Fido Live chat. English is my second language so I often run into difficulties and need a lot of help when I use the Fido page😔

 

I have wanted to change my plan and user email adress for a long time, but it was very difficult for me. Finally today I decided to change everything and I met a great agent on Live chat. She tried to help me very long time and I did everything change.

 

I was really satisfied and I praise her patience!
